Plots: right bank of the Serein, in the towns of Béru and Vermenton.

Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at moderate temperature, maximum 20°C. Aging on fine lees after fermentation for approximately 4 to 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. Bottled 7 to 10 months after harvest.
